HEALTHY BREAKFAST/BRUNCH

Home Made Bircher Muesli

2 cups rolled oats
1 cup apple juice (or water)
1/2 cup natural yoghurt
Juice of half a lemon
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup chopped mixed berries, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, sultanas
1 tbsp slithered almonds
1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  1. Soak oats, seeds and nuts in apple juice or water overnight in the fridge.
  2. When ready to serve mix through yoghurt, fresh fruit, lemon juice and honey.
