All our Dietitians are equipped to assist you with your health journey. However, you can maximise your healthcare by booking in with the Dietitian who specialises in the area of your concern. Please visit here to meet our team!
Initial appointments require more time as the Dietitian will be meeting you, assessing your health and creating your treatment plan. These appointments are either 40min or 50min long.
Review appointments require less time as the Dietitian will be understanding your progress in the treatment plan and if things need to change or continue. These appointments are 30min long.
Scheduling an appointment with a Dietitian requires courage, so take a moment to acknowledge and celebrate this important step. To further prepare for your first appointment, consider these tips:
- Schedule some time both before and after your appointment. Taking a moment beforehand to reflect and centre yourself can help you enter the session with a thoughtful and open mindset. Since strong emotions might surface during the appointment, it’s just as important to give yourself space afterward to process, settle, and regain balance before jumping back into your daily responsibilities like work, school, or family.
- If you have a completed food record, recent blood test or medical imaging results, or any other information relevant to your health concern please bring this along with you.
- Make sure you complete the New Patient Form that will be emailed to you at the time of booking your appointment. Our Dietitians like to have a bit of background prior to your first session. By completing this before your initial appointment, less time is required to fill out paperwork in when you arrive, and more time getting into the issues that have brought you to us.
