Lychee and Mango Smoothie (makes 2 cups)

1 ripe mango
5 fresh lychees or 1 tin lychees
Ice
200g low fat yoghurt
Cinnamon
Fresh mint leaves

1. Peel and chop the mango and 5 fresh lychees. If using tinned lychees add 2 tablespoons of the syrup.
2. Combine mango, lychees, yoghurt and 1 cup of ice into a blender and mix until crushed.
3. Serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon and garnish with mint.
