With over 20 years of experience as an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Sports Dietitian, Lauren brings a holistic, compassionate approach to supporting both patients and athletes on their health and performance journeys.

Lauren is especially passionate about helping female athletes and active individuals use nutrition not just to boost performance, but to build a healthier relationship with food, body image, mood, and movement. She currently works with the Queensland Ballet and the Brisbane Lions AFLW team, where she combines science-based strategies with wholistic personalised care.

In clinical practice, Lauren has a keen interest in gut health and enjoys helping clients overcome digestive symptoms, rebuild their microbiome, and restore comfort and confidence around food.

Lauren is deeply committed to helping people develop a relaxed, positive relationship with eating—where food choices feel easy, enjoyable, and nourishing.

Her whole-person approach has led her to support individuals living with complex and often invisible conditions such as Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS), Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, and chronic pain. These conditions require more than just nutritional support; they call for collaboration across medical and allied health teams to create a truly integrated care plan tailored to each person’s unique needs.

Lauren’s Speciality Practice Areas:
