Mushroom, Courgette and Tomato Salad (serves 4)
6 large mushrooms, sliced
- Combine the mushrooms, courgettes and tomatoes in a salad bowl and sprinkle with basil.
- Arrange the sprigs of cress around the edge of salad. Serve with Citrus Dressing.
