Zoe is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Accredited Sports Dietitian.
Zoe’s passion is helping athletes reach their health and performance goals so they can thrive in their sport and enjoy the journey. Working collaboratively with clients, she strives to optimise their performance through nutrition whilst also supporting a healthy relationship with food and body image.
Zoe grew up in the world of dance and gymnastics, competing at an international level in rhythmic gymnastics. She has experienced the challenging act of trying to balance an elite level training load with school/ university, allied health appointments, sleep, and a social life. Zoe loves that in her role as a dietitian she can support athletes through this journey. Whilst her personal sporting background was predominately gymnastics and dance; she also works with athletes from many different sports including AFL, football and swimming.
Zoe takes a holistic approach to health care and understands that lifestyles and life commitments are always changing and often the eating and health habits you once had, may no longer work for you. Zoe is here to guide you through these changes with a balance approach, helping you to create new healthy and enjoyable habits.
In 2023, Zoe alongside colleague Natalie Geale launched The Athlete Project. The Athlete Project is aimed at gymnasts and gymnastics clubs to help improve athletes understanding of nutrition as well as their relationship with food.
