I am Steff, I am a Dietitian and Sports Dietitian and ABSOLUTE food LOVER! I am your go-to dietitian for weight management (body fat loss or muscle mass gain) and sports performance! I love coffee, peanut butter and believe you can’t live your fullest life without carbs!
My aim is to help you achieve your goals with evidence based information, not with social media “facts”. Decreasing your time in the pool or on the track by 0.5 of a second, or throwing 20cm further or lifting 1kg heavier, that is what I want to help you achieve. I see athletes from as young as 9 years old, and I think this where health begins, lets teach our young athletes how important it is to fuel their bodies and recover so they can play and compete for years to come!
I understand that bodies change over time, and that the body which we fed in our 20’s is not the same body we are feeding now, which is why I have grown to love women’s health and nutrition. I want to support women to reach their goals, without starving themselves and trying crazy diets.
I approach each client as an individual – there is no one size fits all approach for anyone, and no one way of getting towards your goal. I want to work with you, to find the path and the tools which work for you to live a healthier, happier life.
