Natalie is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with strong interests in junior sports, chronic disease management and weight management.
Natalie strives for all of her patients to have positive relationship with their body and food. Natalie loves the joy that food can bring people and always aims to make healthy eating as delicious and enjoyable as possible. Natalie is a big foodie herself and can often be seen visiting one of her local cafes.
Natalie did many sports (dance, netball, tennis, cross country, swimming and softball) growing up before solely focusing on aerobic gymnastics. At a young age, Natalie understood the importance of nutrition to feel her best, fuel her training and effectively recovery to optimise performance. Natalie has represented Australia twice as an athlete and four times as a coach at international events and now as dietitian wants to help other athletes achieve their sporting goals through nutrition.
Natalie takes a holistic approach to health care, working with individuals to create tailored plans which suit the individual’s lifestyle, preferences and nutritional needs. Natalie understands that change can be challenging and will help you to create sustainable, lifelong changes!
