As a High Performance Centre, our Toowong Clinic offers consultations with our Advanced Sports Dietitians. This will mean that consults with Lauren will be $120 and $60. There will also be a further consult option of a 1 hour sporting performance consult of $180. This session will be for those junior, recreational and elite athletes who are wanting to optimise their training and competition performance to have a specific, individualised, periodised nutrition plan to complement their training.
