HOLLY FAREWELLS EAT SMART [MAY 2015]
"After many years I am farewelling Eat Smart, slowing down, and moving onto my next adventure in life…at the beach on the Sunshine Coast.Thankyou to my fabulous business partners and great friends Kerry, Lauren and Kellie – it’s been a glorious ride.
I feel confident that Eat Smart will continue to blossom and expand in ways that Kerry and I never dreamed possible when we started off together many years ago. I also know that my patients and clients will be very well looked after by my current Eat Smart colleagues. Rebecca will be taking over my Nundah session on Tuesdays, with Simone in charge on Wednesdays at Macgregor, and Marika looking after my Thursdays at Red Hill.
Thanks also to the many other people that have helped make my career so diverse and enjoyable. That includes former members of the Eat Smart team, patients and clients, clinic staff, doctors, other allied health professionals, athletes, coaches, sporting team staff and administrators, PT’s, teachers, corporate clients and all my dietitian and sports nutrition colleagues from Australia and around the globe.
The last person to thank is my husband Paul, who has helped me survive the ups and downs of owning a small business….and who still makes me laugh every day!
